This calculator models infrastructure and operational expenses using fixed deliverability rules:

  • Domain Setup: Every domain costs $11 one-time and contains exactly 4 email accounts. No mixing of Google and Outlook within a domain.
  • Sending Capacity: Each inbox sends 10 cold emails per sending day (includes initials + follow-ups).
  • Setup Highest Max Capacity: Highest Max Emails = Total Domains × Domain Capacity. Highest Max Leads = Max Emails / (Follow-ups + 1).
  • Duration Locks: ≤2k emails restricts options to 1 month. 2k–6k emails unlocks 2 months. >6k emails unlocks 3 months.
  • Sending Days: 1 month = 12 days; 2 months = 32 days; 3 months = 53 days (based on 5 days/week after 15-day warmup).
  • Provider Split (~50/50): Google = FLOOR(Total Domains / 2); Outlook = CEILING(Total Domains / 2). Outlook receives the extra domain when total is odd.
